Nightmare
With every girl's dream
Comes a hidden nightmare
A witch will steal her glass shoes
And her unicorn mare.
Cinderella's diary written
Alone by blood and tears;
Before bliss arises
Lives an era of fears.
Prince charming was really
A dirty, unworthy frog.
A statue of a goddess
Was carved of rotting log.
Little Red Riding hood was
Raped by forest elves
And fairy godmother dies
Before the clock strikes twelve.
